That’s why we offer a 30-Day/200-Hour Return Policy on select eligible equipment. If you decide the machine isn’t right for you, we’ll repurchase it under the following conditions:

Full Reimbursement, with Certain Exclusions:

– You’ll receive 100% reimbursement of the original purchase price of the machine.
– Please note that certain costs, such as buy fees, payment processing fees, taxes, and reconditioning fees, are non-refundable. 

Reimbursement Limitations:

– The maximum reimbursement amount is capped at 104% of the Wholesale National Average price, based on the machine’s hours meter reading on the date of purchase.

Eligibility Criteria:

– This policy is available to both dealers and individuals within the U.S. who purchase machines located in the U.S. or Canada.

What Machines Qualify for the Refund Policy?

To be eligible for our return policy, machines must meet the following criteria:

– Machines sold “As Is”
– Machines with fewer than – 100,000 hours
– Sales prices must exceed $1,000
– Gross vehicle weight (GVW) must exceed 1,000 lbs
– Eligible machines include specialty inventory, such as: Commercial vehicles, Off-road vehicles, ATVs, Agricultural and construction equipment Forklifts, Heavy-duty and medium-duty trucks Trailers

Additionally, machines must not have any structural damage to qualify for the return policy.
